At Retro Nest, we want you to love your vintage find as much as we do. Each piece we sell is hand-selected for its character, quality, and charm—but we understand that buying vintage online can sometimes feel like a leap.

🤎 Vintage with Character

Please note that all our items are authentically vintage, meaning they may show signs of age and use—that’s part of their unique story and appeal. We do our best to describe and photograph each piece accurately, including any notable wear or imperfections.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if you wish to return an item.

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days, minus any original shipping costs (if applicable).

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or customized to order

  • Items damaged due to mishandling or improper repackaging during return

📦 Damaged Items

In the rare event your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll work with you to offer a repair, replacement, or full refund, depending on the situation.
